my teeth are all broke off, 5 days ago had bumps inside my mouth my teeth have cut em all off and have even cut almost thru from inside out. for 20 yrs ive grinded and chewed on my teeth. I now have a hole in my bottom lip. my jaw been locking down and use my fingers to push in my cheeks and it releases. I have lots of colored fluid coming from somewhere that I try to spit out but mostly swallow. theres lots of infection goin on in my mouth and for bout 2 wks now ive been having constant headaches more abcesses than before im in constant pain and nothing helps oh and around the area that open wound
