My Husband Was On A Trial Study For Kidney Cancer

my husband was on a trial study for kidney cancer at the city of hope for 8 years and doing fine , then the trial study was over. His Doctor then put him on Inlyta, with in 3-2 days I saw a big change in him for the worse. the side effects were just shocking, weakness, scrodum inlarged 9 times the size and bleed. cuts and weakness in walking on this 5 mg. Then they took him off it for 3 weeks and he started to heal, after 3 weeks they then started him on a 1 mg of Inlyta and that was it he just got worse and worse and down hill from their. Had to put him in the hospital, then to a rehabe center, but he was still weak. The out come I had to put into Hospice so he could die peacefully. I think this drug started his down fall and they did something to him in the hospital. Like I said I feel Inlya was the end for him and he felt the same. What I saw and experienced was terrible . This drug should be off the market. He passed on July 18 and I'm still grieving. I don't like what happened to him and the Doctors , couldn't see what it was doing to him. He just turned 77 years old. I feel bad for people that have to go through what I and he went through. very toxic drug but I guess all cancer drugs are harsh to your system, still were there was hope there was death!
