my husband 79 years old was scheduled for a routine colonoscopy Monday. He did the prep but nothing happened. He didn't clean out. Colonoscopy was cancelled. He has a UTI that he is taking an antibiotic for, (Started Tuesday) Today I fixed him a Miralax drink (1 capfull to 8oz of water) he took that around noon, and took an Epson Salts bath, still no action.
He is always quite regular and has been eating regularly. Should we be concerned? He is not really feeling any discomfort, but a little bloated.
