my heart rate has been high and irregular for 8-10 days from a low in the 80s to a high in the 135-140 I do not feel bad . I am 76 years old very active . I play golf 4 to 6 days a week. before this my heart rate was always 65-70 and would go up with highexercise and go back down normally. I have a doctors appt for my annual physical on the 31 of Jan. I do not feel tense I drink 2-3 drinks of beer or white wine daily. try to watch my sugar and hydocarbs.
