my finace has had painful testicles for about a month now. we did go to the doctor and he was dx with epidymitis. was on antibiotcs and thought he was better for a few days. Then the pain started coming back again and is now daily again. He is also noticing some leakage in his underwear but does not smell like urine. have not noticed any blood in his urine. He also has not been able to have erections much. Only twice in the past 6 weeks. can not feel any abnormal lumps in his testes.
