My Daughter Is A Long Term Opiate Addict, (pills) She

my daughter is a long term opiate addict, (pills) she has been to rehab twice, medical detox programs ,and continues to relapse. Of course I have multiple concerns, she has OD'D twice since Dec. both times they used Narcan and it had no effect, so obviously she was not on opiates, lately she is using and whatever she is using is effecting her memory, she is verbally abusive, in total denial, and it is effecting her mentally, talking to herself, verbal outbursts for no reason, and off the wall comments. Is there any physical illness that could be the problem and we are mistaking it for drugs, she has passed 2 drug tests with bizarre behavior.
