Lightheadness And Sweating And Tingling

I was cooking dinner and it was not hot but all of a sudden I got real lightheaded and sick to my stomache and started sweating bad on my head, neck, breast and i felt numing and tingling around my mouth and arms

This is mainly due to psychological pressure. You should not worry. Relax well, sleep well and spend time in your hobbies. Listen to good music and exercise well.
