Leg Pain After Sitting For Long, Stretching, Problems With Left Arm

Hi when I sit down for a period of time like driving or watching telly my right leg aches and it feels like a annoying pain, I then have to get up and stretch and move my legs. At the moment I am sat down and my leg is aching now and my right arm feels different to my left, thank you.
Didn't realise I would have to pay for this service, that's a shame. Sorry I have no money spare for this. Feel sad that everything has to cost.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the leg that you are having after sitting is likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level of lower spine due to degenerative changes in the disc area. You need to get an MRI scan for diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
