jumped out of bed this morning, felt strange like partly twight, tinkling light numbness in sinus area, and hands... feeling cold in chest area, and arms... but no pain..while driving wife to work needed air on face, and legs were shaking, along with some hand shaking, more legs though... this lasted for about 20 mins or so.. then subsided but felt tired the rest of day..... went to dr and everything checked out ok, egk sugar etc.... dr says may be an panic attack, prescribed .25 zanx take when needed.... but I ve had panic attacks in the past and this didnt feel that way... what do you think?
