Are you carzy? 8kgs in two days? Dont get lured by the crash diets and crash weight loss programs. they are not good for the body. I read in this site itseld about it. It is good to lose weight on a gradual planned manner, not missing out on essential nutrition. Take care. Discuss with dietician or someone experienced.
Hi, Its been now over 5months and everytime i go to gym and do a jog or walk on treadmill i start having urine burning. I have been through different uti tests and nothing comes up. In addition i feel inflamation and uncomfortable in rectum area and sitting for over 2hrs makes my condition worse. CT is clear and shows nothing.i have bit of constipation with external hemerhoids as well. But iam staying on top of them by controlling diet. Why is it the problem gets worse when i sweat and do any exercise related to lower abdomen. Please advise.
I am 23 going to college. I want a fab body just like the filmstars now a days having like John ABraham. Iam eating ood food. Iam also jogging for 10 minutes. Is this enough or i need to joing gym for that perfect fab body
hi im 23 and i lift weights at the gym everyday on my left side especially the shoulder and chest area i always have a tightness and discomfort which leads me to believe that wats causing that is the main reason my left side of my body is takinf longer to develop and grow muscle vs my right side which is great..ive changed my posture while working out and changed my technique as suggested but with no.change ive realized something must be wrong can.u help?
