ive been noticing a strange very slight chemical or burnt smell in my car after prolonged driving. Ive had very very bad headaches last 2 nights. Last night while returning home from commute/work I felt dissy almost to slight point of unconsciouness. Also swollen lymph nodes on both sides of neck very tender to the touch. Is this possible carbon monoxide and what should i do next
