im 59 yr old have been under alot of stress for about 5 yrs , the last yr i have experienced alot of dizzyness and nausa i also use 1/2 of a sleeping pill every night to go to sleep, I work alot, I have 3 jobs right now. I use to walk about 5 to 6 miles a day but, i stopped due to how i feel, about 8 months ago. I work for doctors. I recently started geting headaches, no bad, I use to get migranes, but I have not had one to almost 6 yrs I don't take any meds at all, except for the sleeping pill, which is over the counter. I started taking ginger which seem to help, what do you suggest??
