i recently fell backward and broke my wrist and now am in a cast on my right arm. I had no other pains until last week and I had pains in my left knee this started moving down to my left foot just a little above my toes.Ice packs help the pain and so does Tyenol but I am still unable to walk on it or put any weight on it. I am at my computer now but not able to stay here very long. I do have a 4 wheel walker that I have to use to get here buy it is a lot of trouble and someone has to push me in here. Could Tumeric possibly help yjid go away?
