I Moved From Houston To A Small Town In West

i moved from houston to a small town in west texas. i have been taking 2 mg of clonapin and 200 of lamictal QD for about 10 months. I ran out of clonapin and havent established with a psychiatrist here. i recently suffered a miscarriage and took additional clonapin due to stress and depression. i realize that this is ill advised. however, i am concerned about the risk of seizure with abrupt withdrawal. i did the math and realized that i had taken roughly 6 mg of clonapin for 10 days. what should my approach be. i strongly want to taper off the clonapin.
