I Have Suffered From Bulimia For About 2 Years Now.

i have suffered from bulimia for about 2 years now. I have lost over 80 lbs. I am female and I currently weigh 125 and I am 5'7 in height. Ive noticed i have enlarged lymph nodes in my neck. I am aware bulimia can do this, however, The lymph nodes i am worried about are the deep cervical ones, is this just palpable lymph nodes that i can feel because I am thin? are they swollen because of my eating disorder? they seem to be pea sized or smaller, don't really hurt, although when i turn my neck on the side of the swollen lymph nodes, I get this shock feeling. I am so scared and always thinking the worst. I plan on getting help soon for this disorder and to get labs done. I just want some answers. Hope you can help me.
