i have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease and my facets in lumbar area are a mess....under the care of an anesthesiologist treatment in the or have made such a difference... recently due to a terrible fall caused by a bus driver that resulted in my left replaced knee to become dislocated, extremely swollen and painful about 4 mths ago....this is causing my alignment to be quite off and now my back has worsened to the point that today i cannot walk for more than 30 seconds due to such severe pain and my legs wont move....what can i do
