I Have Had Pain On The Inside Of My Foot...opposite

i have had pain on the inside of my foot...opposite side of my ankle...its not swollen but very sore and tender....range of motion very limited. I first thought it was gout but it has been nonstop pain for couple months now. i have severe psoriasis....thought maybe its psoriatic arthritis. some say it could be neuropothy. could you tell by my symptons what it may be?
