i have had bilateral foot and ankle swelling for a year now for a few months have had severe back pain with walking and standing have to sit or lean forward to releive pain mri showed mild degenerative changes purple splotchy rash over back and shoulders and neck also left ankle bruising no injury short of breath with walking also arm and hands weak and having sharp pain where my liver is my question what kind of dr do i see
