i have a very odd thing going on,i am over weight and on my right side,theres an odd thing happening,my side under a skin fold has gotten an odd thing,its like.an intense itchy cystic like infection,it has gotten to a point where there is a literal hole in my side from it.and the same thing is on my back right in the lower back,when i hunch or bend over,theres a long tube like thing there and it feels tough like a plastic tube filled with i dont know in my back,and i constantly drain and clean it properly but after a day,it gets worse in both areas.what is this?,what can i do?.and is it serious?
