I Had An Mri After6 Weeks Of Water Skiing Injury.

i had an mri after6 weeks of water skiing injury. i work as a medical assistant in a very fast pace office. i was misdiagnosed in the beginng of my injury. after having an mri i wonder if my misdiagnosis has lead to a longer time for healing. i do not want to return to work until i am fully ready. i'm not sure how to determine when im ready. according to the mri there is a high grade partial tearing of the semimembranosus proximal tendon with marked distal retraction of the partially torn fibers of the ischial tuberosity by 10 cm..should this take the usual 10 approx weeks to heal? or did i make this a longer process not treating it properly in the beginng?
