i got my cat contrast results and and under pelvis it says;
Rectosigmoid:There is no evidence of wall thickening or mass. There are several sigmoid diverticula. There is inflammation surrounding a portion of the mid sigmoid, involving the dome of the bladder, with evidence of a fistulous tract between the two viscera.
Bladder and distal ureters: There is an air-Fluid level within the urinary bladder with diffuse inflamation of the wall. Delayed images of the bladder demonstrate no filling of the fistulous tract with contrast. No masses or calcifications are seen. Distal ureters have a normal caliber bilaterally. There is no evidence of dilatation or stricture. No filling defects are see.

Impression:
There is an air-fluid level within the urinary bladder with diffuse inflammation of the bladder wall and evidence of a fistulabetween the posterior dome of the bladder and the mid sigmoid colon secondary to acute diverticulitis.

The Kidneys and ureters are unremarkable bilaterally.

Doc what does all this mean, i'm i healthy or do i need to follow up with a General Surgeon which my urologist is recommending.
