I Fell Two Days Ago. (tripped And Fell Forward) Subsequent
i fell two days ago. (tripped and fell forward) subsequent to the fall i have had pain under my lower left rib region. movement (such as turning in bed or bending) will increase it.
I thought it was muscular, but fear it may be a bruised spleen. I certainly do not think it is ruptured.
Do I need to seek medical diagnosis and treatment? can I exercise?
