i am a patient of sebarrhoeic dermatitis.i often develop red rashes on my skin near the nose andby the side of my face.i have been suggested to use sofradex f cream by my dermatologist.it is a composition of dexamethasone,frametycin and clotrimazole.i have to use it once or twice every week and the rashes turns up very frequently.what are the possible side effects?is it safe o use?
