i am a 50 year old male. 6ft, 195 lbs. i get liteheaded. the top of my head feels hot. feel very naesuas. feel very weak. ears ringing. ears feels irritated. my wife says i look pale. this has been going on for about 2 months right after i got heat exhaustion one weekend. i have been to the er 3 times when it gets severe. it can come on any time. with rest it calms down. i have had blood work done. ct and mri of my head and spine. ct of my ab and chests. ekg. colonoscopy and endopcopy. i was tested for vertigo and the test came back negative. been to a neorologist and he said i dont have all the symptoms to diagnose a mental illness. any help would be appreciated. thanks
