i am 52 years female with a left ovary left possible adhered to the bowel, had insides removed approx. 2009, been a diabetic, diagnosed for going on 3 years now, problem in the last 2 years last sexual interlude my then partner whose older male, ejectulated sperm with urine inside of me, since then on and off, horrible vaginal itch, no order, no whitish discharge, fluconisal (sp?), on/off seems to reoccur every several weeks, the itch seems deep, more so at the roots of my pubic hairs, its more painful when lying down or sitting, so I am left to standing on my feet longer, I have other medical issues as well. some pain relief is by inserting plain yogurt internally via (turkey baster), and the exterior vulva is highly inflamed, when it is swollen my clitoris seems as large as a walnut, (on a funny note, it would be nice if I could experience that blood flow during sexual relations instead of a painful, throbbing irriation that wakes me up at night, I have bladder dysforia... the bladder lift was done about a year after the hysterectomy, current obgyn says diabetes is the culprit, the bladder will eventualy fall again, help please, not to thru more fire under the kettle I have herpes simplex 2, which only flares up in the region when additionally stressed. I am reading about ph miracle diet, is this a problem exaberated by acids, my average blood sugar even with meds, is about 250-300, last a1cv is 10.?...should I get an food allergy test, is there some kind of parasite that is infecting me for all this time, this is horrible and it has been preventing me from socializing, seeking employement, I feel that I am trapped with this problem, not being able to be very far from a rest room, and the ability to comfort myself. I currently reside with my 18 year daughter and we are currently sharing a one bedroom apartment with one restroom, I am exhausted with having to take the extra measures necessary to protect her from any cross contamination, (re her picking up my shower towel, those) I am very cautious and aware especially since the herpes virus does shed , fortunately I am aware of those symptoms, and when outbreaks do occur, I am on accyalvir, oral, up to 5x a day if needed to manage that disease...please help...what foods should I be consumingif it helps to get rid of this infection my own urine burns my skin....Thank you for your time and advice
