hi.i am 57 female ,height 5ft 6, weight 14stone 8lb.i recently had full blood work done ,all came back normal apart from a liver one,alanine trans something sorry cant remember the exact name but my levels were 50 and they are supposed to be 34 so I'm told,i have just repeated the blood test as my doctor advised ,I am anxious about this as it being a major organ,what is a normal level is 50 really high and what could have caused this to raise. I am on Prozac I a day and I have regular steroid injection in my left thumb for arthritis.thank you .
