hi sir, good morning my self shekar working as a engineer, i am suffering from gastic 4m so many years, once due to that i have got ulsar also, after taking treatment it got cure, but after few months again i am facing gastic, i cant eat properly while eating it is burning near chest, & after having my food, the same thing which i have eaten will come out 4m stomach in the gas form, i cant spit it out because i will be sitting in the office i am not able to do it. so again i am taking it inside. please give me the suggestion to my problem.
