hi i'm 41 yrs of age and have been going through changes with my menstrual cycle, i'm sweating alot in my sleep but get cold when i take the covers off. my cycle usually last for 4-5 days but for the past 2 months its lasted for 7 days and with severe cramps. There has also been nights when i cant sleep and would be up all day and night but when i did fall asleep it would be for 1 hour and then i'm up again. I'm not sure what is going on i thought i might be going through menopause
