hi, i have a 1 month old baby since he was born he already diagnosed with a G6PD. i am a breastfeed mom but i am an anemic person. because i dont have enough sleep at night and my baby also..i already have my vitamins which is ferrous but still i am pale and nothing changed. do i still continue to breasfeed my son? or have to change to formulated milk? what milk is the best for my baby? need answer please. thank you
