Hello,

Wrinkles at a young age commonly results due to stress(emotional and physical), dry skin, low water intake, exposure to pollution, sleep deprivation and consumption of too much sugar. You are suggested to take adequate water and fluids. Take quality sleep, cut on sugar intake, manage stress, avoid addictions if any.

To reduce wrinkle, you are suggested to take home made nutritious food, do regular exercises. Avoid exposure to pollution and sunrays. Avoid squishing your face into the pillow when on bed. Do not rub your eyes, stop resting your chin, cheeks, or forehead in your hands.

You are suggested to cleanse, exfoliate your skin properly. Humidity or dryness in the air can affect your skin, use room humidifiers and stay well hydrated. Take collagen rich food, you can also take vegetarian collagen supplements.

Take vitamin C rich food, like citrus fruits, kiwi, and pineapple. Get natural glycine by taking food like gelatin, chicken skin, and pork skin. Take food rich in zinc like oysters, beef, and crab. Take fish, bone broth. berries, topical fruits, etc.

Switching to healthy lifestyle will help healthy weight gain and reduce wrinkles. You can consult a dermatologist to help reduce wrinkles by laser therapy, dermabrasion, chemical peel, soft tissue filters, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
