hi. how r u. my name is Gabrielle and im 14 years old. im going to be 15 in december. im 5 foot 1 about. ive lost about 45 pounds in about 7 months. im 95 pounds about. i was wondering, is it bad to have 2 oreos a day? will i gain weight or belly fat? how often can i cheat? i heard that if u have carbs and protein together, then u will burn fat. but what kind of carbs do they mean? any kinds, like sweets? is the same thing going to happen if i have oreos and protein? is it really based on calories? i dont want my stomach to get bigger. Also, how can i prevent bloating? I have a lot of questions lol. thank you in advance.
