hi ,, can a bulky pancreas be the reason for extreme unexplained weight loss ? my son has been diagnosed with haemocromotosis , and has many symptoms of heart palpitations .feeling like blacking out spells, pain in upper abdomen .. pain in legs ,, ,, he has had ultra sounds on stomache and is scheduled to have a colonoscopy endoscopy ,soon. very worried about him ,, could this be a cancer causing his probs or more likely the haemocromotosis ? the docs say he is a very complex case ,, thabks for any answers or advice
