hi am Faraz Ahmed 28 years old male .I am suffering from backache since 3 to 4 years. i went to orthopedic surgeon, he suggested MRI for investigation. Now am done with MRI im writing the Impression of MRI report.

straightening of lumbar spine noted,possibly due to muscular spasm.Mild to moderate circumferential disc bulge seen at L5/S1 level.Identing the anterior thecal sac,lateral recess and neural foramina bilaterally. Disc dehydration noted at L5/S1 level. small hypertense signal intensity area seen in the posterior margin of the disc,the annual tear.Mild backward shift of the L5 over S1 noted, the grade 1 retrolisthesis, defect is seen in pars interarticularis at L5/S1 level on the left side, the spondylolisthesis..kindly suggest where should I go now? is it orthodist's case or neurologist case and please tell me how severe is this case?
