hi I have a injury from years ago that I never took care of my shoulder blade actually the right arm was bent all the so I could see the front of my right hand on my left side for weeks I could not use I'm thinking the muscle was torn from shoulder bone and there is scar tissue that gets inflamed after a while the pain is shooting down my right arm to my hand and numbness in my pointer finger its very difficult to find position ware its not in pain or numbness any ideas please
