hey ive been biting and sucking on my bottom lip for years now over 4 and my teeth are nearly destroyed well id say half from perfect not tht im worried about tht or my constant sore jaw ive learnt to live with because no dr from Sydney to Melbourne to Brisbane and fair few country drs say its cos I bite it, I know this im trying to tell them im biting my lip and it sounds so weird and loud and sumtimes I can not stop because I swear I am sucking and biting softly all this thick or I dunno cos I seem to swallow it b4 I can ever been able to properly see th fluid and then it fills agin and so on and so fourth getting actual lil holes and constant plain and frustration to the point iv thought of suicide srsly more than once for peace when I cant stop and it needs too plz plz plz plz plz help me I ahv used drugs for yrs now weed thru a bong and ice thru a needle mainly one night on E a cuple months b4 I member this biting thing takin hold and becoming ridiculous I was biting my lip kindda without noticing as ppl do nuthin Intense and I felt a pop and it felt like a thousand little balls of disgusting tasting slime burst into my mouth and I swallowed it all cos I was driving and it was from tht day and tht weird thing wateva happened im pre sure tht I hav forevr since had to bite my lip or it wld be a mess times ten and its a mess now this is srs its been ruining my life for yrs
