hey doc I am 47 years old and my arches have fallen now I have 3 pressure points high pressure points this will be my first time to see a doctor I'm worried cause I smoked a little weed to help with the pain I don't do any drugs but recently smoked on my first visit will I have to take a drug screen ? my insurance is threw the company I work for I have blue cross blue shield I don't want to risk my job over this but I'm in a lot of pain and its affecting my work
