hello, the epididymis (or at least that's what i believe it is) on my left side is significantly larger than on the right side (in fact i cant even seem to find it on the right side). In addition, it is not just on top and behind the left testicle but is also large (and visibly lumpy) below the testicle. Is this a problem? It has been like this for a long time with no pain, testicular swelling, or discoloration.
