hello recently i washed my scrotum unknowingly with dettol and though it felt pain i thought its normal because there will be some germs but after 2 day the skin on the scrotum peeled away and there is like red area formed because of the skin peeling and the scrotum skin became dark and my concern is it is some what painful and i need a decision of ointment to be used ...or what needed to be done..please help me out...
