hello , ive been having problems in my person life lately my health is getting worse whenever bad stuff happens i cant breath i feel like theres no oxygen in the room my legs hands and my jaw gets all numb ive seen a doctor and they gave me depression pills whenever i stress out i take one however the pills make my body feel numb i cant feel anything when i take them i stare into deep space i want to know why this happens is it because of stress or something else?please help!
