my father is experiencing extreme dizziness and nausea. he cannot keep anything down. this has been going on for nearly two weeks after he feel pretty severely on his head. we are not sure if he has vertigo or if he could be experiencing symptoms related to a concussion. could you please tell us symptons indicative of vertigo vs a concussion. not sure if we need to take him in to er for a cat scan.
