Hello, I Was Just Wondering About The Medication I Am

hello, i was just wondering about the medication i am on..
i am 29 years old, im 5 foot 0.. about 105 pounds. I've had 3 kids.
I was diagnosed a few months ago with Narcolepsy, I was first put on MODAFINIL 200mg
it did not work for me, the doctor changed my medication to VYVANSE 30mg which I've been on now for a month. Before I started the medication my life was exhausting, I could barely function, I would fall asleep everywhere, I almost got hit by a car because of how much my sleeping issue affected me.
Now that I'm on Vyvanse, I feel so much better.
When I wake up in the morning I don't feel well, I'm sooooo tired I could sleep all day everyday. I take my medication and not to long after I'm feeling so much better, I can think clearly, I'm not tired. I can enjoy fun things with my kids and family, I have lots of energy and I feel like I'm a kid again.
I've noticed for the past week or so that my breathing has been weird. It's not that I cant breath or that i have shortness of breathe, I just get the urge to take deep breathes but find that I cant. I feel the more I think about it the more I get the urge. But I notice if I'm not thinking about it, its fine. Other then that my breathing is normal. I do get dry mouth, but no other symptoms. Is this okay? I'm hoping I do not have to stop the medication as it is helping me so much. Thank you in advance
