patient name - arti dwivedi (F , 26 years)

My wife is pregnant . She had started last period on 05 jan 2021 and she missed period on 05 feb . Now she is 16 weeks pregnant .
she is having mild symptom of covid 19 since 5-7 days .
1. loss of smell and taste .
2. nausea
3. a little bit dry cough ( rare )
4. sometimes high temperature
5. body pain , fatigue , weakness

she is on medication of pregnancies since 15 feb i.e. 2.5months .
medication mostly folic acid , methylocolbalamin , zinc , protein powder , digestive syrup .
current medicine being taken by her are attached in report section . government covid kit list also attached in report . we didn't taken test as there is a risk of getting covid if we go to hospital for a test .

1. shall her take those medication recommended in government covid 19 kit ? if not then what should her do considering her pregnancy ?
2. i am also having similar symptoms shall i stay away from her and take medication of covid medicine kit attached in report .
3. if anyone not having fever should he/she eat antibiotics as doxycycline and azythromycin in covid symptom .
4. is there any risk to pregnancy ?
5. other recommendations .
