hello, I scraped my left calf four days ago on a brick, with slight bleeding; two days later I walked on the beach and got alot of sand on the cut. Since then my leg is sore, red in the skin surrounding the cut area (as well as just the scabs) and the area feels hot. I suffer from bad circulation and my other ankle is slightly swollen too, but the left ankle and foot are very swollen.

should I go to an emergency service now, or wait for an appointment with my regular doctor tomorrow afternoon?
