Hello, I Had An MRI And Cat For Renal Exam

hello, I had an MRI and cat for renal exam and it turned up a moderately atrophied pancreas. Usually I have low blood sugar and extreme dizziness or fainting when I eat, especially in the morning. Recently my gp said it sounded like dumping syndrome; years ago I had a stomach dip and while they told me I was missing a lot of amino acids the dr offered no solution and I don't know what is missing. Obviously I don't know what the tie in with the pancreas is, really. I have Hashimoto's, other autoimmune -- asthma, arthritis, MS, and God only knows what else. Also too many years of conflicting or mis-diagnosis. Like narcolepsy for passing out after a meal (not a small snack). One overall diagnosis was Ehler Danlos which is closer to possible. Input please, and sorry but I am long winded!
