I m Mr.Veer yesterday i had lot of body pain so my frnd is a homeopathic dr. so he advised Meftal 500 i took after food and had a good sleep but later now in morning around 8.30 i had breakfast - 02 idli's after that i was in train to my office way 45 mins so i got mild pain on right side on chest dont know why ?please help me out???
