headaches associated with fake cartridges

hello, this will be a bit of a long story but a few years ago when i was around the age of 16 and very stupid i had a thc vape cartridge (that i assume was fake)but no battery. I decided to use a makeshift battery by removing the casing from a usb charger and using the wires to heat the cartridge. i believe i overheated the cartridge very badly and im honestly not sure what exactly i put into my lungs that day. anyways i have been suffering from severe headaches daily for around 2 years now and ive also noticed significant cognitive decline. i am also very worried because i have noticed a lot of hair loss. i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i also have gerd and chiari 1 malformation if that helps
