Have Severe RA. Taking Hcqs 200mg In The Night, Antiacid,

have severe RA. taking hcqs 200mg in the night, antiacid, paracetamol 650 mg in the day, iron supplement
used to take defza6 once a day for 2 yrs. But, since skin became darker and had black circles under eyes, stopped using defza6. recently got nodules, and again started using defza6 once a week. Have SLE.
Please suggest if this medication works.
