at soccer someones cleat dug into my skin super hard but didn't break the skin. there is a purple blue bruise under where it actually hurts. this is by my inside ankle and on the skin above it. on the skin above, when you lightly touch it, it feels numb but when you press on it it feels like a bruise and after pressing on it or accidently hitting it on something its aches for a while. I can walk and run but not pass a soccer ball or hit my foot/ leg where is hurts on anything. I don't know how to make it heal quicker, because ice doesn't help that much
