Yesterday morning I woke up feeling unwell, I came home early from school and went to bed, my legs and back were really sore, I woke up at around half four and vomited, and did so for the next four hours by the time I last vomited it was what I think was bile because it was a greeny/black, I haven't gotten sick since this morning but I still can't stand up without getting headaches and a sore stomach, it's like everything in my stomach feels tightened, my temperature has gone from 37 Celsius to 39.1 and I'm getting shivers throughout the day, I was wondering was it a possibility that it is my appendix? I'm also having yellowy green discharge
