Yesterday, I Tested Positive For VDRL Had Elevated Monocytes, And

Yesterday, I tested positive for VDRL had elevated monocytes, and negative for HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies and negative for hepatitis. 2 months ago I had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a low risk partner (someone that didn't have unprotected sex since their last recent monogamous relationship and since their last STI test). I have regular casual sex with a single partner always with protection who has a single other monogamous sex partner (she doesn't have sex with anyone but him and he only has sex with her and me). Is it likely that I will test positive for HIV in the next month? I plan on getting a treponeme identification test to confirm the VDRL positive.
